There is good news for those aspirants who wish to join Indian Army. The Indian Army has recently released an employment notification, which invites applications for the post of Territorial Army Officers (Non Departmental). Interested and eligible candidates who wish to have the career with the third largest Army in the world can register for the written exam, which is to the conducted at various exam centers across the country.
You need to be a graduate from any recognized university to apply for the post. Those who are current serving members of Navy, Army, Air Force, GREF, police, paramilitary, or similar forces are not eligible to apply for this post.
Candidates who are applying for the post should not be above the age of forty-two years and under the age of eighteen years on the date of application. Also, candidates applying for the post should be physically and medically fit.
The selection for the post will be based on the results of a written exam and interview. Candidates who apply in the prescribed format before the last date of application submission will the called for the screening test that includes a written test and an interview. Those who pass the written exam will only be allowed to appear for the interview.
A Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) formulated by the respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters will conduct the screening test of the candidates. Those candidates who succeed the screening test will undergo further tests at a Service Selection Board (SSB) and Medical Board for the final selection process.

Those who are interested to apply for the post of Territorial Army Officers (Non Departmental) in the Indian Army can apply online for the post beginning from June 01, 2017. Applying candidates need to pay a fee of two hundred rupees, which can be remitted by any mode prescribed on the site. The application should be submitted before June 30, 2017, as it is the last date for the submission of the online application.
As per the notification, the exam will be conducted on July 30, 2017. The exams will be conducted in various locations across the country. The different exam centers are Lucknow, Chandigarh, Patna, Shillong, Kolkata, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Srinagar, and Udhampur.
