Indian Army recently published an official notification inviting eligible and interested candidates for the post of Army Educational Corps (AEC – 126). The Army recruitment notification indicates that both married and unmarried male postgraduate candidates can apply for the post.
The application submission window is open now and eligible candidates can apply for this recruitment until the window closes on June 14, 2017 at 10:00 hrs. Applicants should take note of the fact that the applications that are delivered after the stipulated deadline will be discarded, which means that those candidates will not be able to take part in the recruitment program. Number Of Posts
Indian Army is offering a number of 12 vacancies to eligible candidates for the post of Army Educational Corps (AEC – 126). Four of these posts will be exclusive to candidates who have successfully completed their M.A./M.Sc. in International Relation, Political Science, History, Economics, Geography, or English, while 2 posts will be reserved to applicants who have completed M.A. in Chinese.
Candidates who have successfully passed M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, Nano Science, Geology, Botany, Zoology, Maths, Physics, or Chemistry can apply for the remaining six posts.
Candidates who are planning to apply for the recruitment of Army Educational Corps (AEC – 126) should be in the age limit of 23 to 27 years as on Jan. 01, 2018. This means that the applicants must be born between Jan. 02, 1991 and Jan. 01, 1995, both dates are inclusive.
Candidates who are planning to apply for the recruitment process must have successfully completed M.A./M.Sc. in International Relation, Political Science, History, Economics, Geography, or English or M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, Nano Science, Geology, Botany, Zoology, Maths, Physics, or Chemistry. In addition to that, candidates who have completed foreign language (M.A. in Chinese) 1st or 2nd Division are also eligible for applying for the recruitment program.
The officials from the recruitment drive will initially review the applications submitted by the candidates. The applicants who meet the required eligibility criterions will be called up on for the recruitment program. Candidates will have to undergo a medical exam, SSB interview, and a few more tests.
