An Army Recruitment drive will be conducted for eligible candidates from districts Champawat and Pithoragarh from December 24 to 29, 2018, at the General BC Joshi Army Public School. You must register in the official website of the Indian Army, which will be open until December 08, 2018. Admit Card for the recruitment drive will be sent via your registered e-mail account from December 09 to 15, 2018. You must reach the rally venue on stipulated date and time in your Admit Card. You will be screened for posts and according to qualitative requirements mentioned below.
Soldier General Duty
You should be between 17½ to 21 years of age. You must have cleared Class 10 with 45 percent total marks and 33 percent marks in each subject. No total marks percent is necessary for Class 12 and above, but minimum 33 percent in each subject is necessary in Class 10.
You should be aged between 17½ to 23 years. You should have passed Class 12 in Science with Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English with 50 percent aggregate marks and 40 percent marks in each subject.
Soldier Technical Aviation
The age criterion for this is post is the same as for Soldier Technical. You can apply if you have the same Class 12 qualification and marks. Besides, you can apply if you have 3 years Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Automobile/ Mechanical/ Electronic and Instrumentation/ Computer Science).
Soldier Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant Veterinary
The stipulated age is the same as for Soldier Technical. You should have Class 12 in Science stream with Chemistry, Physics, English and Biology with 50 percent total marks and 40 percent minimum marks in each subject. If you have B.Sc. with (Zoology/ Botany/ Bio Science) and English, required Class 12 marks percentage is waived off. Still, you must have learned those four subjects in intermediate too.
Soldier Clerk or Store Keeper Technical or Inventory Management
The Army stipulates that you should be of the same age as for Soldier Technical. You must have Class 12 in any stream (Science/ Commerce/ Arts) with 60 percent total marks and 50 percent minimum marks in each subject. You must have studied and cleared Mathematics and English/ Book Keeping/ Accounts in Class 10 or 12 with 50 percent marks in each subject. Even if you have cleared graduation or has an upper qualification, Class 12 percentage marks would also be applicable towards the eligibility.
The age is the same as mentioned above. Class 10 or ITI qualification is applicable, except for Mess Keeper, Syce and House Keeper who may also be passed Class 8.
You should be aged between 19 to 25 years. You should have cleared Class 12 and be qualified in D.Pharma course with at least 55 percent total marks and registered with Pharmacy Council of India or State Pharmacy Council. People qualified in the course with 50 percent minimum marks and registered with either council are eligible too.
