Types Of Apprenticeship Positions
There are different requirements for technically trained ITI and Diploma holder personnel at the Base Stations. Depending on these, the notification is issued, with candidates finding open spots in posts such as:

Age Limit For Becoming An Army Apprentice
Generally, the upper age limit for eligibility is 25 years, with relaxation allowed for posts that require experience in the field, whereupon the announcement also includes a post-specific age.
Selection of a candidate is done based on their performance in a written exam. Said exam is held at the Army Base Station. Candidates must additionally appear for a personal interview, which will be the final selection basis for apprenticeship trainees.
